Engraving

Utilising the latest, top of the range laser engraving systems, such as Epilog Fusion Pro series, as well as traditional pantographs where required, to mark, cut and engrave a wide range of materials.

We specialise predominantly in the supply of engraved products to manufacturers of seating systems for international auditoriums, stadiums and arenas with seat number plates, plaques and signage. We also provide engraved labels and various equipment to post offices around the world and are happy to take on one-off engraving jobs for ad hoc customers.

Plastic Injection Moulding

Using Engel machines to mould a high volume of custom plastic parts to our customers, for use in the manufacture of various domestic and commercial products, from UPVC windows, to brushes and tools for the food industry.

Engel Moulding Machines with an 80 and 45 ton clamping, 140 and 55 gram shot weight. Both machines have Piovan hopper loaders, dosing equipment for any colour required as well as material drying which ensures the quality of parts to our customers.

Tool Making

We predominantly focus on repair work of plastic injection and rubber mould tools, for various industries including the medical, motor and food sectors.
