AM Precision Ltd is a family run business trading for over 30 years. Established initially as a toolmaking business, we have evolved to incorporate injection plastic moulding and laser/traditional engraving and have developed a loyal customer base.
What We Do
ENGRAVING
Specialising in the supply of engraved products to manufacturers of seating systems for international auditoriums, stadiums and arenas. We also provide engraved labels and various equipment to post offices around the world and are happy to take on one-off engraving jobs for ad hoc customers.
PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING
Using Engel machines to mould a high volume of custom plastic parts for our customers, for use in the manufacture of various domestic and commercial products, from UPVC windows to brushes and tools for the food industry.
TOOL MAKING
We predominantly focus on repair work of plastic injection and rubber mould tools for various companies including the medical, motor and food industries.
About AM Precision LTD
AM Precision Ltd is a family-run business, based in Frome, Somerset, which has been trading since 1986.
The business was established initially as a tool making firm, supplying mould tooling for the plastics, rubber and die-casting industries.
Over the last 20 years we have evolved to incorporate Plastic Injection Moulding as well as traditional and laser engraving.
In our Engraving department, we use laser as well as traditional pantograph techniques. We are capable of engraving mould tooling as well as other types of engraving including labels and equipment for the manufacturers of auditorium seating as well as the Post Office and various ad hoc commissions.
For the injection moulding, we utilise Engel Moulding machines with up to 80 ton clamp force with 140 gram shot weight.
We have developed a loyal customer base over the past 30 years, due to the fact that we’ve been committed to providing service of the highest quality, in a timely manner whilst keeping the lines of communication with our clients clear and concise.
